District Clinical Hospital, Omsk
  Miass Factory of Medical Equipment has successfully finished works on equipment by complexes of cleanrooms of the central sergery suit of District Clinical Hospital of Omsk.
At commissioning there was a governor of the Omsk region Polezhaev L.K., the Minister of Health of the Omsk region Moiseenko S.V., the Minister of construction operations of the Omsk region Boyko V.P., the Chief doctor of the hospital Polezhaev K.L., the representative of the general contactor, the director of OOO "Strojpodryad-impulse" the deputy of Legislative Assembly of the Omsk region Orkish S.N., the representative of the general designer the director of OAO Territorial Project Institute "Omskgraghdanproekt" Ljubchich I.N., the customer director of State Institution of the Omsk region "Omskoblstrojzakazchik" Nikiforov V. G, TV.
There are in complex structure:
- the elective multidisciplinary surgery: neurosurgery, gastroenterological, gynecologic, angiographical, urological, proctological, cardiac surgey, emergency;
- preoperative, narcotic, sterilising, premises of time stay of the patient, auxiliary premises.
Form factor of a complex of cleanrooms includes following base elements: protecting designs, system of preparation, disinfecting and distribution of air with «a laminar stream» and maintenance of the demanded temperature in everyone separate operational, a control system, medical and the process equipment.
On the given object are applied modern shadowless operational lamps with the built in videocamera. Videocameras of fixtures are functionally included in system of medical video observation (MVO). MVO allows to transfer and write down the video image and a sound from operating wards to the personal computers (including to other cities) in a mode of real time, and also to spend video and audioconferences with a view of diagnostics, treatments, consultations, continuous training.
Operating wards are equipped by ceiling consoles of life-support with installations on evacuation anesthetic gases. Works are performed on designing, manufacturing and equipment delivery, installation, start-up and certification.
The total area of cleanrooms makes 1200 sq. m. It’s already the third complex of Miass Factory of Medical Equipment in DCH Omsk.
Since December, 2004 successfully functioning: allergological and gemotological chambers in medical-diagnostic case DCH; since August, 2006 surgery suit in structure from three operational and two chambers of resuscitation in cardiological branch of hospital.
