Local Clean Areas, based on the Air Cleaner БОВ-001-АМС
Allocation
The Clean Areas are applicable for the protection of raw, intermediate and finished products from aerogenuous polutions (including airborne microorganisms and pyrogens) resulting from manufacturing process and/or brought into the work area from the ambient resources. The laminar vertical airflow forced through the inflow G4 filter and exhaust HEPA filter H14 meets all the requirements on the work area air purity. The air purity in the work area conforms to class А according to the GOST R 52249-2004 and class 5 ISO according to the State Standard ISO 14644-1-2002. The Local Clean Areas of other purity classes (B, C, D) are also available.
The Local Clean Area is constructed on the basis on the Air Cleaner Module БОВ-001-АМС. The technology requirements determine the Clean Area dimensions and configuration of the frame. The Clean Area comprises the number of the Air Cleaner Modules necessary to maintain the most appropriate air purity class, the frame, the filler structure and the control panel. This construction provides the desired dimensions of the clean area and the required level of air purity in any room. The required airflow values can be adjusted via the remote control panel. Customize your Clean Area with optional accessories (fluorescent lamps and others) that are available. Choose either portable or stationary variant.
Standard Features
the Air Cleaner Module БОВ-001-АМС (air cleaner equipped with the blower and the inflow G4 and exhaust HEPA H14 filters, a filter-condition sensor indicating when filter replacement is necessary, an internal UV lamp.
Support Stand comprises the frame and the frame filler all around the Clean Area customized regarding the Clean Area dimensions and the fixing technique (ceiling or floor). The Clean Area height is determined by the technological requirements and the height of the room in process.
