System elements:
- pressure senser with relay-controlled output;
- local microcontrollers (ЛМК);
- regulating stations of 2 types: panel of information acquisition and regulating station;
- Automatized work place (АРМ) of controller.
Monitoring system of medical gases can be equipped in medical institutions as autonomous or as part of automatics and conrol system of engineering equipment.
Automotization of medical gases control provides constant monitoring od gas pressure in gas-pipes and informs about fails maintenance personnel (min/max and min). Chemical compound of gases isn't under control.
Control system is organized by the following: in each of establishment blocks there is a local contour of gathering of the information from the gages of pressure established in stations of medical gases and control-disconnecting devices (КОУ). The contour consists from local microcontrollers and panel of information acquisition. From pressure gages (the pressure relay - РД) through local microcontrollers the information arrives on a board of gathering of the information. Communication is organized on interface RS485.
On panels of information acquisition the condition of each relay of pressure to which individual identification number with instructions of a concrete position (the block, a floor, number of station of medical gases or control-disconnecting devices, number pressure relays in station of medical gases or control-disconnecting devices is assigned) is displayed.
Every local conture combines up to 250 local microcontrollers.
On the panel of a board of automatics the condition of each relay of pressure with individual identification number and the instructions of a concrete position (the block, a floor, number of station of medical gases or control-disconnecting devices, number pressure relays in station of medical gases or control-disconnecting devices) is displayed.
The information from automatics board on network Ethernet arrives on an automated workplace of the dispatcher. On the automated workplace screen in a convenient kind the information on a current condition of the equipment is displayed, besides the automated workplace allows to archive and look through archives of the information arriving from the local equipment.
