Dispatching system |
Local control systems: consists of automatics boxes of different complexity. Automatics boxes provide direct control of self-contained systems of technical equipment, e.a. of conditioner. Automatics boxes are produced on the base of universal freely programmable controllers and control panels of own production. While producing of controllers and control panels we meet all specific requriments to automatics control of technical equipment of complexes of cleanrooms.
Dispatching system: consists of dispatching server and unlimited amount of automation-equipped working places of operator. As dispatching server and automation-equipped working places of operator are used modern IBM computers.
Connection between server and boxed is made by the Ethernet network.
Main functions of dispatching system:
- Gathering and archivation of information, coming from automatics controllers (air conditions in attended premises, parameters of equipment operating, setting of operation parameters, alarm messages, registry of door opening. etc.);
- Delivery to controllers of control commands, setting of operation parameters, operation modes, etc.;
- Viewing of parameters and events archives;
- Archiving of operator's actions;
- Delivery of all information about operation of technical equipment to other "client" computers, connected to local network Ethernet.
For every technical equipment system on monitor is available up to 12 individual intuitive information windows:
- Mnemoes of technical equipment with indication on mnemoes of current reading of sensors, set parameters and end devices conditions. For indication of condition such elements as fans, pumps, air dumpers are used multiplication elements;
- Windows of set parameters of controllers operating;
- Windows of change set logs;
- Windows of dispatching system messages;
- Windows of drawings of changes parameters in equipment operatingО;
- Windows of setting time, controller configuration and other windows.
Server's software allows to divide above listed windows to two user lists with code individual access:
- Operator list;
- Servicemen list.
Access to lists will be allowed only after entering of special parols.
Features of complex control and dispatching system:
- Failure of the server or communication break between the server and automatic boxes of technical equipment doesn't conduct to loss of operability of local control systems by the engineering equipment
- For viewing on the automated workplace monitor of various information relating to work of the engineering equipment the standard Internet – the browser is used, that is installation on an automated workplace of the special software isn't required.
- Portable control panels can be connected to automatic equipment boxes on the RS-422 network. The maximum admissible distance from automatic box to a portable control panel is1200 meters.
- If the server of system is connected to the global INTERNET network, it allows specialists of OOO MZMO in the on-line mode from Miass to supervise operability of engineering systems of the customer and in case of need operatively to render to his experts the consulting help.
