Main Types of Doors and Windows

Swing doors

Application domain

Doors are designed to set them in clean rooms as part of walling or doorway of wall. They meet all the requirements of GOST R ISO 14644-4-2002 standard and used in pharmaceutical, electronic, food, medicine, microbiological and other industries and in health facilities.

Standard kitting

Standard kitting of swing doors includes: door case, door leaf, hinges, lock, furniture, door closer, a set of attack hardware. In case of door installation into a wall aperture there are plate bolts in the set of attack hardware.

Door leaf and door case are made of high quality aluminum shape. The door design and enameled powder provide the disinfectant and UV-irradiation proofness.


Door types: single and double doors with different leaf width.

Different types of glass sheet are used for translucent infilling (tempered, smoked, mirror glass). For nontransparent doors the leaf can be produced from aluminum shape, stainless steel or high pressure laminate (HPL)

All configures have door closers and bearing hinges with increased loading proofness. Sealing gaskets are made of light- , ozone- , freeze proof thermoplastic elastomer and provide needed imperviousness. Door cashing in, several types of door lock (with a drum, with a latch, electronic) and different designed furniture may be set if they are needed. In case of setting door inside the opening or in case of inadequate strength of walls materials, meeting strip and special metalwares may be added to the set.

Additional options

  1. A set of automatic actuator provides leaf disclosing in case of sensor probe, radars or elbow buttons actuation. It is possible to connect the motor control circuit and fire alarm. The set includes safety photocell in opening and safety radars for leaf disclosing.
  2. Floating sill plate builds into door leaf construction and provides unhindered access of portable construction through the opening, keeping needed imperviousness.
  3. Built in diffusers with inertial lattice provide an air overflow in the intended direction and regulate the pressure inside the placement.
  4. Roentgen proof door infilling with the set plumbous counterpart to 2,5 mm provides radiation protection in all area of doorway.

Pendulous doors

Application domain

Doors are made for setting them in clean rooms as part of walling or in doorways. They meet all the requirements of GOST R ISO 14644-4-2002 standard and used in pharmaceutical, electronic, food, medicine, microbiological and other industries and in health facilities.

They are set in places with large capacity.

Standard kitting of pendulous doors includes: door case, door leaf, hinges, lock, furniture, door closer, a set of attack hardware. In case of door installation into a wall aperture there are plate bolts in the set of attack hardware.

Doors have closers with hinges, which enable the door to open wherever direction and come back. There is a possibility to set door closer effort.

There are brushes for protection of place from a dust and increasing air permeability and sound opacity. It’s possible to set the cashing in, different types of finish hardware. The door closer is set to the floor and has the function allowing to fix the leaf in open position at a range 90° or 105°.

Sliding doors

Doors are made for setting them in clean rooms as part of walling or in doorways. They meet all the requirements of GOST R ISO 14644-4-2002 standard and used in pharmaceutical, electronic, food, medicine, microbiological and other industries and in health facilities.

They are set for maintenance of area economy and convenience of opening.

Standard kitting of sliding doors includes: door case, slide element, furniture, a set of attack hardware.

Door leaf and door case are made of high quality aluminum shape. The door design and enameled powder provide the disinfectant and UV-irradiation proofness

Door types: single and double doors.

Different types of glass sheet are used for translucent infilling (tempered, smoked, mirror glass). For nontransparent doors the leaf can be produced from aluminum shape, stainless steel or high pressure laminate (HPL). It’s may be added by fixing system.

Additional options

Inspection windows

Inspection windows are made for setting them in clean rooms as part of walling or window opening of walls. They meet all the requirements of GOST R ISO 14644-4-2002 standard and used in pharmaceutical, electronic, food, medicine, microbiological and other industries and in health facilities.

Standard kitting

Standard kitting of windows includes: a window cloth with vitrescence, handle, hinges, a set of attack hardware.

Additional options

A set of horizontal jalousie with automatic or hand control fastens outside of cleaning room.


Inspection
window

Pass-through windows

Application domain

Pass-through windows are made for setting them in clean rooms as part of walling or in doorways. They meet all the requirements of GOST R ISO 14644-4-2002 standard and used in pharmaceutical, electronic, food, medicine, microbiological and other industries and in health facilities. They are made for delivery, return, locking, sterile materials, instrument, container and finished goods to 40 kginside and outside of cleaning room with different cleans classes without entering of essential indignations into the air environment of adjacent premises.

Standard kitting

Standard kitting of windows includes: glased or deaf doors for pass-through windows, handle, hinges, inside area (box) made from stainless steel, a set of attack hardware.

The pass-through window forms the tight closed cavity and does not suppose overflows of air from one premise in another. Simultaneous opening more than one shutter is notified by system of the visual and sound precautionary alarm system that is provided with automatics of a transfer window.

Additional options

The UV-irradiator disinfects surfaces and air in a pass-through window.
