Allocation
Fan-filter unit (ФВМ) - is popular and concerning easy unit, that provides unidirectional filtered air delivery to the high classes of cleanliness premises.
Application
ФВМ is used for layout of workspace in medicine, pharmaceucal and other institutions with high level requirements to the air cleanliness (virologic and bacterialogic laboratories, manufacture of ready sterile pharmacy and medical units, microbiological industries, radioelectrical and other fields of industry).
Construction
FFM consits of:
- welded steel case, colored by powder paint;
- rotary economic and rekiable fan (Germany) with back incurved blades with smooth regulation of rate speed with analog and digital interface;
- HEPA (ULPA) air filter, established in a framework from a special aluminium profile;
- built-on pressure pick-off, that helps to set and support predetermined values of pure air productivity.

ФВМ construction involves protecting filter frame from steel perforated sheet inside the cleanroom, module for filter attestation, signal lamp of filter contamination indication.
It's possible to operate one or several modules from portable control panel.
ФВМ are set to the standard tee girder ceiling cells or to special modules (process chamber, transportable cleanrooms, sluice).
