Demanded parameters on cleanliness of air in a working zone are provided with three-stage clearing by filters of classes G4, F7 and H14 in a working zone. As much as possible provided class of cleanliness of air corresponds to A class. And in accordance with GOST R 52249-2004 and to a class 5 ISO in accordance with GOST R ISO 14644-1-2002

Construction
The cleanroom represents the independent module with a vertical stream of air. Fulfilled air is thrown out back in a premise by means of the fan, having passed preliminary clearing through built in in exhaust system of ventilation НЕРА filters.

Terms of replacement of filters are defined by indications of manometres and roughly make: for filters of class G4 – 1 year, filters of class F 7 2 years, filters of class H 14 – 4 years.
