"Miass Factory of Medical Equipment" (ООО "МЗМО") will appear like contactor or subcontactor on working out of design documentation for the complexes of cleanrooms (КЧП), and also installation, erecting and validation of cleanrooms on the element base of our work: 
- building envelop:
- wall panels (with or without vitrescence),
- doors (with or without vitrescence),
- hygenic panel suspended ceiling with the built-in imprevious grille lamp,
- material sluices and personnel sliuces,
- pass-through windows,
- floors made of antistatic linoleum or self-leveling floors,
- sterile air preparation systems:
- systems of positive-pressure ventilation and condition,
- cleaning systems of initial air,
- air dipensers and air-ingress units,
- системы контроля и управления инженерным оборудованием,
- medical equipment for creation of local clean areas:
- sterile laminar box (СЛШ),
- safety fume hood (БВШ),
- units for bandageless treatment of various degree burns.
- technological equipment:
- ceiling or wall bactericidal irradiators,
- life support systems (ceiling and wall consoles of power and medical gases supply).
There will be attestation (validation) of cleanrooms at the following stages:
- design attestation – DQ;
- attestation of cleanroom mounting – IQ (except of technological equipment);
- cleanroom attestation in functional process – ОQ (except of technological equipment).

The main line of actiivity of «МЗМО» - creation of new products and competitive growth of output products. It defines the main principles of cooperation with subcontracting design company, that allow to staged excuse of project-designing subdivisions of our interprise from participation in cleanroom designing at the following stages: justification of investment and feasibility study, first of all, and if it's availabte - at the detailed design stage.
For this purpose we provide:
- creation of structures, that are responsible for training of subcontracting design company's employees;
- perfection and transfer to the subcontracting design company of software that calculate the equipment structure, the value and power consumption of cleanrooms.
Nowdays the cooperation with subcontracting design company at the both stages assumes:
- "МЗМО" participation in performance of design works on volantary base;
- "МЗМО" limited participation in release of design documentation;
- methodical support of subcontracting design company.

Stages of justification of investments and feasibility study.
While preparing project materials subcontracting design company should provide for:
- premise (in case of в central positive-pressure system) for placing elements of positive pressure system of cleanroom;
- for every cleanroom zone of service compartment, used for envelop buildings and technological equipment of cleanrooms. The height of the service compartment zone from the suspended ceiling to the initial ceiling is no less than 500 mm. The height of the service compartment zone from the wall panel to the initial wall is no less than 170 mm;
- placement zone for passthrough windows;
- installation of wall partition (if it's necessary to participate the initial permise) by wall panels produced by "МЗМО" factory. Thickness of panels is 67 mm.
 Parent design organization in the design materials involves hpootoes of maintained cleanroom produced by "МЗМО" (sourse of information – web site of "МЗМО" and "АМС"), аlso photoes and standard element's characteristics of cleanrooms complexes produced by "МЗМО" and "АМС" for medicine and pharmacology industries (sourse of information - the catalogue of equipment for cleanrooms creation by factories "МЗМО" and "АМС").
General subcontracting design company gives to "МЗМО" following materials:
- task to study of financiability for building and reconstruction of medical treatment facilities;
- construction plans of premise in the cleanroom building zone;
- design and as-built documentation for object (floor plans, sectional elevations, constructions, plans of building services);
- plans of main medical equipment placement;
- heat liberation and gas and particulate emissions of main medical equipment when it's operating;
- quality of medical staff and hospital beds in every premise;
- cleanroom rules and procedures.
"МЗМО" directs to the subcontracting design company following documents on paper or electronical medium (Word, Excel):
- cleanroom configuration;
- cleanroom value;
- cleanroom power delivery.
Detailed design stage.
Subcontracting design company deliveries following document to the "МЗМО":
- arhitectural planning assignment for design creating of premise's building or reconstruction according to the Appendix A to the SNiP 11-01-95;
- premise's communication information;
- plans of main medical equipment placement, it's specification with overall and connection dimensions, established power, heat liberation and gas and particulate emissions of main medical equipment when it's operating, tracing of leading to the equipment communications, placement and quality of outlets;
- information about initial state of fan system and air conditioning in premises;
- requirements for wall partitions and vitrescenced wall panels of cleanrooms.
"МЗМО" directs to the subcontracting design companyfollowing cleanroom's materials:
- ОПЗ - memorandum in the part of below disciplines;
- ТХ – technological part (in cleanroom premises);
- АС – arhitectural planning assignment (beilding envelops of cleanrooms);
- ОВ – heating and ventilation (built-in heating panels in the set of radiators of Kermi type, delivery, ingress and air intake systems, air cleaning and decontaminating units);
- ВК – sanitation unit (surgery washstand, washes, outlets, bridging boards, hand-drier, mirrows);
- ЭС – power equipment (ceiling void and built-in air ingress units bacterial irradiators, outlets in life-support panels and wall panels for switching of technological equipment, fan systems);
- ЭО – electric lighting (bacterial irradiators in cleanrooms, illuminators of general and emergency lightening, light pointer);
- АОВ – heat and ventilation automatic (automatic system of cleanroom complexes);
